Wheelchairs distributed in Capiz

Governor Tony del Rosario recently distributed wheelchairs from the Department of Health to 50 indigent differently-abled Capiznons.

Del Rosario was joined by Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office head Maria Barnes in the distribution ceremony.
