PVL All-Filipino Conference Games on November 7, 2023 LIVE updates

CHOCO Mucho looks to continue its winning ways in the 2023 PVL 2nd All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena on Tuesday, November 7.

The Flying Titans shoot for their fourth consecutive win as they face the Nxled Chameleons in the first game of a triple-header at 2 p.m.

The Farm Fresh Foxies and the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers tussle at 4 p.m. before the Galeries Tower Highrisers and the Cignal HD Spikers collide at 6 p.m. for the night cap.

After starting the conference with a loss to defending champ Creamline, Choco has put together three straight wins with the latest of the streak being a 25-21, 25-16, 25-20 sweep of Galeries last Thursday in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The Flying Titans hacked out the win in their first game of the conference without ace spiker Des Cheng, who will be out for about a year after sustaining an ACL tear almost two weeks ago.

In Cheng's absence, Regine Arocha stepped up with eight points, giving ample support to the ever-steady Sisi Rondina in her first start in the conference.

"Des is huge for us [especially in scoring] but I'm thankful that others are stepping up and delivering when they're given a chance. Hopefully, we can sustain this and adjust well," said Choco Mucho head coach Dante Alinsunurin.

"I just always remind my players to not get tired of what we've been training and just stuck with our system," added Alinsunurin, whose third seed Flying Titans will rise to joint second with Petro Gazz, PLDT, and Chery Tiggo if they beat the Chameleons.

Choco Mucho is facing an Nxled team which has an exact opposite situation, losing three in a row after a conference opening win over Gerflor.

The Chameleons are raring to put an end to that skid, the latest being a 25-22, 17-25, 11-25, 20-25 defeat to PLDT last Thursday in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
