Triathlon for kids gets international support

ROXAS City – The second staging of the Capiz International Triathlon gained positive response as Nestle Philippines indicated interest to support the Capiz International Triathlon – TriKids category on April 14, 2018.

“The said company through its Nestle product brand Milo showed laudable support for the TriKids as the major sponsor of the category,” said TriAksyon chairman Greg Atienza.

TriKids is a part of the 2018 Capiz International Triathlon scheduled on April 14-15, 2018. Other categories are “kids, relay, sprint, and standard.”

Atienza said TriKids will push parents to bring their children to sports.

“The parents already displayed their athleticism and support to their kids during the inaugural of the Capiz International Triathlon last 2017,” Atienza added.

Capiz Governor Tony Del Rosario said he is happy after learning of Nestle Philippines’ interest to support the TriKids.

“This is a good sign for the future of Capiz Triathlon and the Philippine sports because Milo product is noted as a sports endorser,” Del Rosario said.
