Gilas Pilipinas is returning to the hardwood as it plunges into action in the second window of the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers later in November.
In the adjusted schedule released by Fiba on its competition website, the Philippines is slated to face off Thailand as its lone opponent for the two-game series in Manama.
The first game is set Nov. 27, and the second meeting on Nov. 30. Both games will be played at Khalifa Sport City at 9 p.m. (Manila time).
The Philippines-Thailand match on Friday is the game rescheduled from the first window of qualifiers last February.
Fiba made significant schedule changes as several countries, including South Korea in Group A, begged off.
The international governing body for basketball, however, has yet to make an official annoucement whether the games will be forfeited or rescheduled to the third window in February 2021.
Initially, the Philippines was set to face off against Thailand on Nov. 26 and 30, as well as Korea on Nov. 28.
