‘Meal of life’ in Fiesta Capisnon

ROXAS CITY- Guests and tourism stakeholders will experience the “meal of their lives” in an extraordinary setting as different local delicacies will be served during the opening of CAPIZtahan on April 20.

Fiesta Capisnon is a ‘special’ treat by the provincial government to tourism experience, thanking tourists for exploring the tourism potentials of Capiz.

"Let’s make our guests feel home in the seafood capital of the Philippines,” said Gov. Tony del Rosario.
Crabs
Lato/Dahon-dahon/seaweeds
Fresh fishes
Scallops
Squids
A mountain-pile of seafood including talaba, prawn and alimango will be served on the table for guests and tourists to experience during the CAPIZtahan, he added.

Each municipality will bring variety of native cuisines like the famous binakol nga manok and delicious kakanin such as puso, ibus, and padayusdos.
